HOW TO PRODUCE AT THE OHIO THEATRE
The Ohio Theatre Project is STT's currated hosting program, providing discount theatre and rehearsal space to select companies who share our commitment to of innovative theatre.
We believe in establishing long term, multilayered relationships with the best the downtown theatre community. Many companies who produce under this program have developed their scripts and productions through our 6th Floor Series and Ice Factory programs.
If you are interested in producing at the Ohio Theatre,
please submit a short, simple description/history of:
-the producing company (or individual artists)
-the project
-the dates of interest
Producing slots are typically 3 -5 weeks long, exclusive use.
Rental of the Ohio Theatre includes our lighting, sound, and soft goods inventory.
In keeping with our artistic mission, priorities (and discounted rates)
are given to not-for-profit companies.
Decisions are made on a rolling deadline,
We tend to book six months in advance.
